Terms and Conditions

A non returnable deposit is required to secure your trial date and wedding morning, this can be paid by cheque or cash. After this, we can go ahead and book your stylist and make-up artist for you. The balance is payable at the trial.

Trials are held at the foundations studio usually on a Friday two weeks before your wedding. Foundations have a policy of having no time limit for your trial within reason, this will ensure we can create the look you require and it will eliminate any need for further trials.

We are happy to keep going until you are 100% satisfied, but you need to be honest and open with us so we can create your desired look. Our aim is that you are completely happy with the finished look.

By paying your balance and leaving the studio you are confirming that you are satisfied with your trial therefore no refunds can be given after this point. So please make sure you leave completely satisfied.
