Problematic skin

We all know that to have clear radiant skin our regime starts with cleansing, toning and moisturising twice a day. But some of us have to work that bit harder.

If you have problematic skin, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, spots or dry skin there are a lot of things you can be doing to improve the look and texture of your skin.

Use a gentle exfoliate 2/3 times a week and a clay or hydrating mask, depending on your skin type, 2/3 times a month. If you suffer from spots or acne go to bed with clean hair. Products from gels and hair spray can irritate the skin and cause flare ups; if you have long hair tie it up before bed.

Change your pillowcase regularly, use a clean face towel especially for you face, don’t share with other members of your family, and drink plenty of water every day. If you have problem skin or you don’t know where to start with your skincare regime we have lots of free advice for you.
